Administrative Assistant
Temporary administrative role in the insurance industry supporting institutional sales and relationship management. What is in it for you:
• Fixed Salary: Hourly rate of $22.28.
• 6-month contract.
• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
• Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
• Hybrid work: 3 office days, from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to a North American institutional sales and relationship management team.
• Assist sales managers with operational and client-related tasks.
• Manage calendars for senior team members, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Organize internal and external meetings including room booking, catering, and tech setup.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, and process related expense reports.
• Track departmental expenses and ensure accurate account coding.
• Maintain and update team policies, procedures, and filing systems.
• Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Support use of Salesforce CRM for logging activities and generating internal reports.
• Collaborate with marketing on digital campaigns and conference planning.
• Analyze distribution processes and generate pipeline and metric reports.
• Assist with day-to-day inquiries and manage tasks during manager absences.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Participate in team meetings and support ad hoc projects as needed.
What you will need to succeed:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration, finance, or marketing; internships will be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable supporting multiple team members simultaneously.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to prioritize competing tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
