Senior Living Admin Assistant

Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Senior Living Administrative Assistant on behalf of a premier non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Needham, MA. This role serves as a vital operational support link within the community, ensuring smooth daily administrative functions, medical records organization, financial processing, and warm customer service.

salary: $25 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Transformation: Lead document digitization and electronic filing for a major digital shift.

• Billing & Data Support: Assist with billing, healthcare software updates, and data reporting.

• HIPAA Compliance: Maintain strict privacy standards for resident and health records.

• Scheduling: Manage resident appointments, staff calendars, and meeting coordination.

• Customer Service: Answer phones, route inquiries, and assist residents, families, and staff.

• Reporting: Accurately complete required hospital reports and administrative metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior administrative background in a senior living or healthcare setting.

• Skills: strong organization, time management, prioritizing skills, and HIPAA knowledge.

Hiring Process

Screening: Virtual interview with Randstad.

First Round: Virtual screen with the Hiring Manager.

Second Round: In-person interview with the Administrator and VP of Clinical Operations.
