SAH Administrative Assistant II (Lead)
SUMMARY:
To provide leadership and support to all administrative staff to promote efficiency and accuracy and excellent customer service to our patients and a positive patient experience to the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.
- Commits to recognize and respect cultural diversities for all customers (internal and external)
- Communicates effectively ith internal and external customers with respect of differences in cultures, values, beliefs, and ages, utilizing interpreters when needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years experience in related field
- Excellent phone and face-to-face customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills with attention to details both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in the absence of management
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Possess good organization skills and time management
- Ability to develop and train administration staff new processes to promote efficiency and patient experience
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or preferably Associates Degree in related field
