Electromechanical Maintenance Technician — PLC & Automation

What you’ll impact
- Uptime and reliability across production and facility assets
- Safe, compliant operation through adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and safety protocols
- Accurate maintenance records and inventory awareness
- Waste reduction and efficiency improvements
Your day-to-day
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Use basic PLC diagnostics (Allen Bradley RS Logix 500) to resolve faults
- Conduct basic welding (Stick, MIG, TIG) and electrical diagnostics (24V–480V)
- Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to prioritize and execute work
Tools and technologies
- Welders, torches, saws, grinders, drills, rigging gear
- Forklifts, man lifts, ladders, scaffolding
- Palletizers, conveyors, fillers, cappers, coders, pumps, gearboxes
- Industrial controls and PLCs: Allen Bradley, Siemens
Must-haves
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical trade degree/certification in maintenance or related field
- Minimum 3 years of related maintenance experience
- Strong problem-solving and self-motivation
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (bend, climb, crawl)
- Comfort with hot/cold environments and confined spaces
