Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current and unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS and ACLS required; OCN and chemotherapy/biotherapy certification preferred.
• MedSurg, oncology, or telemetry experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, telemetry monitoring, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities:

• Care for hematology/oncology patients in a MedSurg Tele unit.
• Monitor vitals, cardiac rhythms, and infusions.
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and blood products.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and symptom management.
• Collaborate with providers for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and oncology protocols.
• Respond to emergencies and manage complications.
