Compensation

• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $3,000–$3,080 per week

• Location: Beverly, MA 01915 (Greater Boston area, Massachusetts healthcare jobs)
• Facility Setting: Cardiovascular Suite / Cath Lab
• Employment Type: Locum Tenens (Travel Nursing Contract)
• Start Date: October 6, 2025
• End Date: January 3, 2026
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hour shifts (8am–6pm or 7am–5pm)
• On-Call: Required; typically 2-3 overnight call shifts per week and/or 1-2 weekends per month (30-minute response time)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN experience (cardiac catheterization lab)
• BSN preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency with balloon pumps and ability to take call for STEMI cases
• Interventional radiology experience preferred
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required for new staff starting after September 2; current staff must be vaccinated by December 1
• Local candidates not accepted
• Cannot have worked (perm/travel/PRN) for any Beth Israel facility within the past 6 months

Cath Lab RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Cath Lab, assisting with interventional cardiac procedures
• Monitor and manage patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures
• Operate and troubleshoot specialized Cath Lab equipment, including balloon pumps
• Respond rapidly to STEMI cases and provide emergency cardiac care
• Participate in on-call rotation, ensuring 30-minute response time as required
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
