As an Electrical / RF Test Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of electronic systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards. You will work from established process instructions and test plans to support production goals on second shift.
Shifts available on the 1st or 2nd shift Monday to Thursday
- Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using both manual and automated test equipment.
- Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure all products meet required quality standards.
- Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, RF analyzers, etc.) to verify compliance with quality requirements.
- Document accurate data records in test databases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures and documentation.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies to identify and resolve failures.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain workflow efficiency.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills, including ability to navigate digital systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
- Desire to grow and learn in the role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics
- Knowledge of ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) procedures and proper handling of sensitive components
- Familiarity with electronic test equipment (manual or automated)
