Travel Support Associate
We're seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to help deliver a smooth, positive experience for our travel clients. This is an entry-level role and no prior travel industry experience is required—just a strong desire to help people and learn.
What Youll Do
- Assist clients with travel-related questions and requests
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online systems
- Help coordinate bookings, updates, and basic travel details
- Keep client information organized and up to date
- Work with team members to ensure timely, accurate service
