Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists for both day and overnight shifts to join our team. In this role, you will work with aerospace and medical industry products, performing setups, running and troubleshooting machinery, maintaining tight tolerances, and inspecting products.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex setups and operate CNC machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
• Maintain tight tolerances (+/- thousandths of an inch).
• Conduct product inspections to ensure quality.
• Communicate effectively with the engineering team.
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain safety regulations.
• Report defective materials or processes.
• Adapt to changing customer demands.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with CNC Milling or Lathe.
• Experience with CNC Mill or Lathe setups and operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery.
• Experience with tight tolerances.
• Experience working with aluminum or stainless steel.
• Proficiency in using micrometers and calipers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Swiss Machinery is highly desirable.
• Ability to make light edits and zero out a machine.

Work Environment

Work in an extremely clean and well-lit environment. Some areas of the shop are louder, while others are quieter. Day Shift: 6:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Overnight Shift: 5:00pm - 6:00am, Monday-Thursday.

This is a Permanent position based out of Agawam, MA.

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $72800.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Agawam,MA.

This position is anticipated to close on Dec 31, 2025.
