ABOUT YOU
As an IT Enterprise Systems Administrator, you are a strategic and solutions-oriented infrastructure professional who thrives in complex technology environments, leveraging technical expertise, analytical thinking, and sound judgment to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions. You proactively identify opportunities to strengthen systems, improve efficiency, and reduce risk while effectively collaborating with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders, communicating complex concepts clearly, embracing continuous learning, and helping advance the organization's long-term technology objectives.
What you will do:
- Maintains and continuously enhances complex enterprise Microsoft infrastructure environments, ensuring the reliability, availability, performance, and integrity of critical systems that support daily business operations across on-premises and cloud platforms.
- Applies a strong security-first mindset to identity management, access controls, certificate services, compliance initiatives, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure hardening to safeguard organizational assets and reduce operational risk.
- Drives operational excellence through automation, standardization, system optimization, and process improvement initiatives, leveraging technical expertise and data-driven insights to improve scalability, efficiency, service reliability, and long-term infrastructure sustainability.
- Serves as a trusted technical partner and subject matter expert, collaborating across infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, application, and business teams to solve complex challenges, support modernization efforts, evaluate emerging technologies, and advance strategic technology objectives.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible systems administration experience, including at least four (4) years supporting Microsoft infrastructure environments such as Active Directory, Windows Server, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud services.
- Demonstrated experience administering enterprise Active Directory environments and supporting production systems within highly available, mission-critical operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure security, system hardening, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices, with experience leveraging PowerShell automation, enterprise monitoring tools, and performance management solutions to maintain secure, reliable, and resilient technology environments.

The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $122,000 annually and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, training, specialized skills, and overall qualifications.
