Job Description Summary

The Lead Quality Engineer -T901 Development will have the unique and exciting opportunity to manage the quality and compliance of the T901 engine assembly & test process. The role will require use of standard work to maintain Quality Management System health. Additionally, the quality leader will be expected to use RCCA and problem solving tools to reduce defects. Last, the Development Quality Leader will play a crucial role in fostering a strong relationship with our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Verify conformance to specification by measuring and testing during in-house manufacturing. Perform incoming goods control, product inspections, witness points to control quality for items from external suppliers.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
  • In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
  • A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years manufacturing experience) + 3 years manufacturing experience

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills.

The base pay range for this position is $ 100,050.00 -$120,000.00 The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on April 8, 2026.
