Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum of 3 months outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
• Proficiency with Raintree EMR preferred.
• New graduates not accepted.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing productivity expectations of 55–63 patient visits per week preferred.
• Familiarity with 4x10 schedules and evening clinic coverage preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours include schedules such as Monday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, Tuesday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Schedule may include 4x10s and requires availability for two evenings per week until 7:00 PM.
• Clinic operates weekdays with typical hours between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• EMR: Raintree.
• All new travelers must complete three HealthStream modules pre-assignment. Agency will be reimbursed with a lump sum upon proof of completion and after at least one shift worked.
