Who We’re Looking For: We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for accuracy. You should be comfortable working with financial statements, reconciliations, and general ledger entries, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do:

Keeping up with a month end close checklist, including but not limited to:

· Performing analysis and creating journal entries

· Reviewing financial statements and posting correcting entries

· Completing account balance reconciliations (cash, accounts receivable, etc.)

· Researching and allocating expenses to the appropriate accounts.

· Processing expense reports

· Recording journal entries related to payroll

· Entering payrolls weekly and biweekly into General Ledger

· Updating cash transactions in General Ledger on regular basis

· Ad hoc projects and assignments as needed
