Project Coordinator
Kforce has a client in need of a Project Coordinator in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings with vendors and agency partners, ensuring agendas, notes, and follow-ups are clearly documented
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align activities with project goals and timelines
- Use Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, MS Project) and quickly adapt to platforms like Jira and Salesforce
- Maintain project documentation including charters, status reports, checklists, and dependency diagrams
- Manage access rosters, licensing, and compliance tracking across tools like SmartSheet, JIRA, and Copado
- Provide administrative support including resource scheduling and executive-level reporting
- Assist with user testing, training coordination, and data migration readiness
- Support agile delivery by managing JIRA tickets, sprint backlogs, and issue tracking
- Monitor project deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely progress
- Facilitate communication and feedback loops between consultants and agency teams
- Contribute to change management efforts through clear communication and planning
- 2-5 years of experience in complex IT projects, ideally in the public sector or with multiple vendors and delivery partners
- Strong coordination, communication, and meeting management skills, including documentation and follow-through
- Familiarity with Salesforce implementations and/or large cloud-based system deployments
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Project Online; Power BI a plus
- Experience managing budgets and tracking KPIs to measure project success
- Experience working with large teams that leverage in-house and external agency team members
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
