Entry-Level Business Development Representative: $55,000+ in Boston, MA

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your role is to engage, qualify, and generate interest from leads through outreach efforts. Business Development Representative Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Follow up on inbound leads and re-engage cold leads
- Participate in training and continuous learning to improve your skills and performance
Requirements to Succeed at ProPivotal:
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Willingness to take on a wide range of responsibilities and learn new skills
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools (CRM, email tools, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Able to commute to our Boston office (near South Station) in under 30 minutes
