Machine Maintenance Technician

**Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform both corrective and preventive maintenance on assembly lines across multiple buildings. Candidates should have mid to high level experience, particularly with packaging and filler maintenance. **Responsibilities** + Conduct safe and efficient maintenance operations on high-speed packaging equipment such as fillers, cappers, labelers, blenders, pumps, and mixers. + Perform scheduled maintenance repairs and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. + Assist in improving maintenance procedures and actively participate in production support. + Properly document maintenance activities and adopt a proactive approach to preventive maintenance. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical repair + Electrical troubleshooting + Pneumatic and hydraulic repair + Familiarity with 480v 3-phase motors + PLC knowledge **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2-5 years maintenance experience + Electrical and mechanical understanding + Mechanical/Technical degree preferred + Excellent reading, math, and communication skills + Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and other departments + Understanding of work orders and processes + Experience with packaging maintenance is strongly preferred **Why Work Here?** Employees benefit from PTO, vacation, and opportunities for advancement and growth. The facility operates high-speed packaging equipment and requires safety measures such as glasses and hair nets. The busiest months are July and August, with a production target of 7 million units a month.
