The Role Lumen is seeking a skilled Lead HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources Technology team in a full-time temporary capacity. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate Desktop , who are passionate about streamlining HR operations through intelligent automation. You will lead the migration of existing bots from UiPath to Power Automate Desktop, ensuring seamless performance and continuity across HR workflows. This is a full-time, temporary position with an assignment lasting up to six months. The Main Responsibilities- Lead the migration and refactoring of RPA bots from UiPath to Power Automate Desktop to enhance HR process efficiency.
- Design, develop, and test automation scripts using RPA tools to support HR operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bot migration, deployment, and performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Automation teams to identify automation opportunities and address challenges.
- Document migration processes, workflows, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and governance .
- Maintain and update automated processes in response to system changes.
- Ensure all automation solutions comply with enterprise standards for security, data integrity, and scalability.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development, with expertise in UiPath and Power Automate Desktop .
- Proven success in bot migration and resolving automation-related issues.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as VB.NET or Python .
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and automation orchestration tools.
- Experience applying RPA within HR functions or processes .
- Exposure to system integrations , REST APIs , and automation deployment strategies.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
