Job Title: Project Manager - Roofing

Location: Danvers, MA (On-Site)

JP Carroll Roofing is a growing residential roofing company that recently expanded to the North Shore of Massachusetts. We operate in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and are looking for dedicated professionals to help us grow our brand. We seek motivated individuals with experience in the home services industry and a strong drive to deliver exceptional results.

As a Roofing Project Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality roofing installations while delivering a 5-star customer experience. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for both the installation crews and customers throughout each project.

• Be onsite at job sites from project start to completion, ensuring work quality and adherence to company standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized job site while addressing any customer questions or concerns.

• Act as the primary liaison between the production team and customers, ensuring a seamless experience that fosters positive online reviews and referrals.

• Coordinate with installation crews to ensure timely project completion.

• Obtain necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities.

• Utilize CRM systems for job tracking and documentation (experience with CRM software is a plus).

• Experience in the construction or roofing industry (required).

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Project management experience (2 years preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

• Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (with bonus opportunities).
