The Role
• 100% inbound lead flow
• Support multiple AEs (round-robin model)
• Qualify and convert marketing-generated interest
• Heavy collaboration + strong writing/listening focus
Ideal Background
• 6–12 months SDR/BDR experience
• SaaS experience or wealth management industry exposure
OR experience in the xrczosw wealth management space
• Comfortable working in a CRM
• High energy, positive, coachable
