Payroll Coordinator / Receptionist (Direct Hire) Our client is seeking a Payroll Coordinator/Receptionist to join their team in a dual role that combines payroll management with front-office administrative support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed payroll work while also being the friendly, professional face of the organization 📍 Onsite - Weston, MA💰 $28 - $35/hour
🕒 Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm or 9:00am-5:00pm Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process biweekly payroll using Paylocity
- Maintain employee records, timekeeping data, and related documentation
- Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist with employee onboarding and setup within payroll and timekeeping systems
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and guests
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage email correspondence, and maintain a professional reception area
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, scheduling, and ordering office supplies
- 3-5 years of payroll and administrative experience required
- Must have working knowledge of Paylocity
- Experience with Assure timekeeping software preferred (can be trained)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
