OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Somerville, MA by Benefit Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Benefit Trucking in Somerville is recruiting experienced OTR Dry Van drivers with HazMat credentials. Join our safety-first operation and be part of our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport Dry Van freight and hazardous materials safely
- Maintain compliance with DOT and HazMat regulations
- Keep detailed driving logs and inspection records
Compensation ranges from $0.65 to $0.77 per mile, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus, safety and productivity bonuses, and HazMat pay. We also provide health, dental, vision benefits, 401(k) matching, paid time off, clean inspection and referral bonuses, and regular biweekly home time.
