Revelare Kitchens is hiring a Lead Generation Manager to train, and lead in-store brand promoters inside major retail locations.
You’ll build a team that engages customers and sets qualified kitchen design appointments —driving consistent lead flow for our sales team.
What You’ll Do:

• manage retail locations for consistent coverage
• Coach team members on customer engagement & appointment setting
• Track performance and hit weekly lead targets
• Travel locally between stores to support your team

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership
• Experience in lead generation, canvassing, or sales preferred
• Performance-driven and organized
• Comfortable managing teams in a fast-paced environment
