Accounts Receivable Specialist

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Accounts Receivable:
- Process, reconcile, and manage incoming payments accurately.
- Generate and send out invoices and statements to customers.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices to resolve payment issues.
- Maintain accurate customer account records, including payment histories and communication logs.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting related to receivables.
- Review, track, and manage the lifecycle of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contract details, amendments, and renewals.
- Maintain and update the company’s contract database and documentation.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding contract terms and conditions as needed.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in QuickBooks and 3+ years in an Accounts Receivable/Contracts Administrator role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and QuickBooks Online.
- Core Competencies: strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
- Requirements: Ability to pass a background check and obtain Massport clearance/authorized signatory status.
