Marketing specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to manage customer campaigns on the Sherlock marketing platform. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in digital marketing, especially in managing customer campaigns and utilizing marketing automation tools.
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention through the optimization of campaigns on the Sherlock platform. You will work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns on the Sherlock platform, including but not limited to PPC, SEO, display, email, and social media.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and profitability.
Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
Analyze customer data to understand their needs and behavior and create targeted campaigns to increase customer retention and loyalty.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and implement new ideas for customer acquisition.
Continuously evaluate the performance of campaigns, identify areas for improvement and optimize accordingly.
Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for strategic decisions and to optimize marketing campaigns Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with timely and high-quality service to drive customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the product team to identify areas for improvement and enhancement of the Sherlock platform. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and marketing automation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing customer campaigns.
Strong experience in using marketing automation tools such as the Sherlock platform.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive results.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Passionate about digital marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
