Sigma.Inc. is looking for a Receptionist to work onsite with our client located in Amesbury, MA.
Full time receptionist and administrative assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staff
- Sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Confidential records management and case copying
- Welcoming/assisting guests to the office.
- This position requires some problem-solving skills to best assist the caller with the most appropriate staff member. A background record check is required for all DCF staff.
