Warehouse Supervisor (2nd Shift)

We are seeking aWarehouse Supervisorto oversee second-shift warehouse and logistics operations at Dianne's Fine Desserts (a Dessert Holdings company) in Newburyport, MA. Hours: 3 pm - 12 pm Base: $70k-85K (+ bonus) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Interface daily with Procurement and Production to maintain production efficiencies, product availability, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate LTL common carrier deliveries and investigate new methods of shipping our product. Maintain integrity of temperature-sensitive raw materials and finished goods utilizing Company standards and ensuring accuracy in Microsoft D365 to ensure accurate financials. Ensure inspection of all inbound and outbound trucks, using established shipping and receiving procedures, to ensure the highest quality products go to our customers. Participate in the GFSI/FSSC22000 yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions as needed. Support and execute Manufacturing Operating System initiatives and manager critical KPIs for the team. Participate in meetings and safety initiatives as part of the facility management team. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma required (a degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field referred) At least two years of supervisory experience, at least 5 years is preferred APICS or other affiliation preferred Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred Prior experience in ERP systems and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Good communication skills, hands-on attitude, analytical skills, takes initiative, solves problems PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
