Material Requirements Planning Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage plans for internally and externally fabricated components to support prototype development across multiple part commodity types and programs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and program contacts to align fabrication execution plans to program and technical needs
- Translate technical data into process instructions to execute fabrication and assembly of prototype hardware
- Utilize planning tools to provide capacity analysis, cost, and schedule estimates for the group and programs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and manage projects related to fabrication, procurement, and project planning
- Develop strong working relationships with vendor contacts supporting external sourcing of key components for prototype development and fabrication

- Experience working with engineers to execute fabrications, plan manufacturing layouts, and solve problems
- Project coordination experience from concept to execution
- Engineering background preferred (vs. supply chain background) such as Process Engineer, Field Site Engineer, or Production Engineer in manufacturing or pharma environments
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Technical/STEM discipline
- 2+ years of professional experience
