About the role
This role in Boston represents one of GLOBAL OPS’ most visible and client-facing assignments. Agents on this team are entrusted with the protection, privacy, and overall well-being of high-profile clients who expect the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.
We are seeking experienced, service-minded Executive Protection Agents - individuals who are equally skilled in situational awareness and in delivering a polished, composed presence in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure client safety through vigilance, discretion, and proactive risk management.
2. Conduct routine patrols, route planning, and environmental security checks.
3. Identify, assess, and report potential threats or unusual activity.
4. Draft accurate and timely daily reports and incident documentation.
5. Coordinate with local law enforcement and internal security teams when necessary.
6. Maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure and in all client interactions.
7. Deliver the highest standards of service and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
1. Executive protection, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
2. Martial arts, self-defense, or physical fitness background strongly beneficial.
3. Valid Driver’s License and Passport .
4. Authorized to work in the U.S.
5. Willingness to travel within the U.S. and internationally.
6. Flexible availability across all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
7. Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings and company training .
