• A premium fish and meat market offering local seafood, prime meats, and prepared foods
• A catering and events program featuring coastal New England classics and seasonal specialties
• Pop-ups, festivals, and special projects that connect us directly with our community
• Ongoing opportunities to help shape new locations and future concepts as we expand

What You’ll Do

• Work side-by-side with ownership and our head butcher/manager to:
• Oversee daily kitchen production, prep lists, and inventory management
• Assist with menu development, seasonal product curation, and creative specials
• Support staff training and operational systems that keep our team running smoothly
• Lead or assist with pop-ups, events, catering, and community partnerships
• Help plan and prepare for future expansion, including new locations and ventures

Ideal Candidate

• Has experience as a chef, line cook, butcher, fishmonger, or grocery/retail manager
• Takes pride in craftsmanship, presentation, and consistency
• Enjoys a collaborative, hands-on work environment
• Understands both sides of the food world — the craft and the business
• Wants to be part of something local, lasting, and growing
