DESCRIPTION
DISPATCHER
Seeking an experienced Dispatcher to arrange delivery and coordinate pick up of granite curb for this full-time, in-person, office based position in Westford, MA.
Transportation & Distribution: Schedule shipments, track deliveries, coordinate carriers, and resolve any delays or issues.
- Communication: Liaise with internal teams (sales, production) and external partners (suppliers, carriers, clients).
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare accurate shipping documents and reports.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Use data to identify trends, analyze performance, fix discrepancies, and suggest process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
Must be reliable, punctual, flexible, diligent, efficient, able to work with and communicate with others effectively and professionally.
After probationary period, applicant will be eligible for paid holiday and vacation time off as well as health, vision, dental, and retirement plan benefits.
Competitive pay commensurate with experience & performance.
Monday - Friday; Saturday hours possible.
