Pay Range: $45–$47/hour ($1,600 – $1,800 weekly)

Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Falmouth, MA .

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct nursing assistants in daily care activities.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee shift services and programs.

• Complete admission, transfer, and discharge documentation.

• Review and transcribe physician orders; administer medications and treatments.

• Maintain accurate nursing notes reflecting care and resident response.

• Participate in physician rounds and coordinate treatment plans.

• Provide nursing services including catheterization, tube feedings, suction, dressing changes, specimen collection, ROM exercises, and end-of-life care.

• Monitor vital signs and dietary compliance.

• Educate residents and families on health care instructions.

• Ensure adequate supplies, medications, and equipment are available.

• Uphold confidentiality, resident rights, and compliance with all regulations.

• Assist in orientation of new residents/families and support facility inspections.

• Perform other nursing and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in Massachusetts.

• Current BLS/CPR and AED certification.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medical guidelines, and resident care standards.

• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, and teamwork abilities.

• Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
