This role involves operating a 3-strand rope machine in a manufacturing setting. The job requires setting up the machine with the appropriate ropes and materials, ensuring they meet specified dimensions and tension settings. The operator must monitor the machine's performance and verify that the finished ropes meet quality standards.

• Set up the 3-strand machine with proper ropes and materials.
• Monitor the machine to ensure it operates correctly.
• Check the dimensions and quality of the braided ropes to ensure they meet specifications.

• 6+ months of production experience
• Dependability and reliability
• Physical resilience
• Experience with machine operation, packaging, and hand tools

• Ability to show up on time and be reliable

Located in Fall River, MA, within an industrial park with on-site parking. The facility is very clean, equipped with 258 pieces of equipment, and known for its loud environment. Available shifts include the 1st shift from 6:50 AM to 3:25 PM and the 2nd shift from 3:20 PM to 11:50 PM, Monday through Friday. The company specializes in manufacturing ropes for marine, firefighter, and tree climbing industries.

This is a Contract position based out of Fall River, MA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
