Matcha Loves Boba is looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer focused team. This role involves crafting quality beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding a clean and inviting store environment. The ideal candidate will be crucial in fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, catering to their needs and answering questions.
• Provides excellent customer service backed by a deep knowledge of our recipes and history.
• Operate POS systems and cash registers effectively, handling any transaction issues.
• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages.
• Ingredient preparation, including but not limited to kitchen and knife work.
• Receiving and restocking inventory.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, utensils, equipment and service and seating areas.
• Upholding food safety and product quality by logging temperatures, testing quality of ingredients, and following food safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to create a cooperative team environment and amazing guest experience.
• Create a successful shift by working with teammates and taking directions from leadership.

Job Qualifications

• A few months to one year of related experience
• Food service background
• Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to connect effectively with customers, staff, and upper management

• Able to be receive feedback from staff and managers
• Strong proactiveness, self-regulation, and self-efficiency
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize, and adapt to surrounding
