Job Description
Elevare Branding is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires exceptional time management, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced professional setting.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with confidence and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior executives
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
Coordinate internal and external communications with professionalism
Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion
Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
Organize files, documents, and office systems for optimal efficiency
Handle general office tasks and ensure smooth daily workflow
Qualifications
