What You Will Do

You will support direct patient care under physician supervision to help create a seamless care experience by:

• Serving as the liaison between the patient and physician to “establish and maintain quality patient care”
• Assessing patients and families, planning and implementing care, and evaluating outcomes
• Taking vitals, administering medications, and assisting with exams and procedures
• Documenting patient history, chief complaint, medications, and more in the EMR
• Ordering tests, obtaining prior authorizations, and coordinating referrals and scheduling
• Preparing and stocking exam rooms and supporting daily clinical operations
• Providing compassionate support to patients and families thought the care process

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Current LPN License
• Experience with EMRs (Athena preferred) and Microsoft Office
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to care
• Previous outpatient or primary care experience preferred
