Registered Dental Assistant
Job description
We are a growing pediatric dental office seeking a licensed dental assistant to join our team. You will support our pediatric dentists while helping create a comfortable, positive experience for our young patients. Experience with children is preferred, but training is available.
We offer full-time or part-time positions within a four-day work week. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, paid time off, sick leave, paid holidays, life insurance and a 401(k) plan after a waiting period.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts dental assistant license
- X-ray certification
- Minimum of one year of dental experience; pediatric and/or orthodontic experience preferred
- Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental a plus)
- Strong communication skills with both children and parents
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
