Maintenance Technician
Location:
Boston, MA
Hours:

  • Monday – Friday
    • 7:30 – am – 4:0pm
Requirements:
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Good Customer Service, responsible for resident’s needs.
  • Painting projects – interior, exterior repair and paint.
  • Unit turnover – rehab, repairs and renovation as needed.
  • Plumbing – Sinks, toilets and bathtubs, drains and supplies.
  • Minor electrical work, light fixtures, fans, outlets and switches.
  • Landscaping and snow removal.
Pay Rate:
  • $22 - 25/ hour Depending on Experience
...Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
