**Job Title: Packer** **Job Description** We are currently seeking a dedicated Packer for our facility. The work environment is team-oriented and supportive, offering a pleasant atmosphere for all employees. **Responsibilities** + Pack boxes according to a packing list and box size. + Operate at a packing station to pack products into boxes. + Weigh, tape, and label boxes before placing them onto a pallet for shipment. + Rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing tasks to ensure variety throughout the day. **Essential Skills** + Ability to work well with others. + High School Education. + Ideally, 6 months of warehouse, picking, or packing experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good communication skills. + Safety conscious. + Ability to follow written work instructions in English. + Must be able to pass a safety test after watching a safety video. **Why Work Here?** We offer long-term employment opportunities with great benefits. Necessary eye protection and hearing protection will be provided **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, MA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.40 - $18.40/hr.
