The Role

You are the face of every property we touch. You're the connection between our clients and the landscape they love — showing up consistently, caring genuinely, and taking ownership of the work in front of you. You don't need a title to hold yourself to a high standard. You just do .

The work is structured and rewarding. You'll build real familiarity with the properties in your care, the people who trust us with them, and the craft behind maintaining them at the highest level. Every visit is an opportunity to leave something better than you found it.

We'll teach you everything you need to know. What we can't teach is the part that matters most — the pride, the work ethic, and the integrity you already carry.

What You'll Do

• Be part of our weekly turf and property management programs
• Introduce and establish strong client relationships
• Participate and contribute to our property cleanup, gardening, and mulching programs
• Contribute and grow into a driver and operator of our trucks and trailers in our maintenance division
• Help record and detail daily events, equipment intervals, and project progress
• Contribute to, follow, and enforce our safety programs daily
• Take what you learn and apply it day to day — passing it on to your fellow crew members

What We're Looking For

No experience required. If you're dependable, curious, and the kind of person who makes things better just by being there — come talk to us. We'll figure out the rest together.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Valid DOT Medical Card (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to operate trucks and trailers (or willingness to learn)
• Physically fit (ability to lift 80 lbs)
• Available Monday–Friday with Saturday flexibility during peak season
