Real Estate Portfolio Analyst

As a Real Estate Portfolio Analyst , you'll play a critical role in optimizing the performance and strategy of our $75 million portfolio of office, industrial, medical office, and life sciences real estate. You'll collaborate with our talented team to model and underwrite value-enhancing opportunities, develop strategic business plans, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

• Work Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day remote
• Compensation: up to $110,000 base salary
• Bonus Package: 10% – 20% annual target bonus

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial real estate
• Proven Argus experience (hands-on working experience, not just certification)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with debt capital markets, loan origination, and mortgage banking
• Knowledge of commercial real estate strategies and market trends
• Familiarity with CRE software and technology

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders
• High level of discretion and professionalism, especially when handling sensitive or confidential information
