And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** The Manager, Business Analysis leads data and business intelligence initiatives by bridging business needs with technical solutions. This role is responsible for designing and implementing data-driven tools, creating actionable insights through visualization and reporting, and leading requirements gathering efforts across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** + Design and build business solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. + Develop and maintain databases using Access/VBA, SQL, and Quickbase. + Model data architecture to support current operations and future growth. + Create dashboards and data visualizations that communicate complex information clearly + Provide training and documentation to end users on new tools and dashboards + Build reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making. + Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. + Lead business analysis and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders. + Translate business requirements into technical specifications. + Design user interfaces with strong attention to UI/UX principles. + Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related field. + Proven experience implementing Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). + Proven proficiency in Access/VBA, SQL Quickbase or Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Data modeling and architecture experience. + Report building and dashboard development. + UI/UX design capabilities. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong problem-solving abilities. + Effective time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities. + Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. + Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. **Education** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field is required. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
