We are hiring an experienced recruiter to join our team in Woburn, MA!

What You’ll Do

• Screen & Match: Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit for light industrial roles.

• Build Talent Pools: Connect with English and Spanish-speaking job seekers across the local community.

• Guide Candidates: Support applicants through the hiring process from initial call to placement.

What We Need

• Fluent in English & Spanish: Essential for communicating with our candidates and clients.

• Great on the Phone: Comfortable and confident conducting high-volume candidate calls.

• People-First Attitude: Recruiting experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and communication skills are what count most!

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Talent - Find active and passive candidates using Randstad App, job boards, career fairs, and professional networks
• Screening and Interviewing - Review resumes and conduct quick phone calls or initial video chats to test basic skills and fits
• Partnering with Managers -Meet with department heads to understand job needs and write accurate job descriptions
• Managing the Process: Schedule interviews, track candidate progress in a database, and give feedback to applicants
