What it's like to be a Caregiver Associate AT TrIBUTEAs a Caregiver Associate at Tribute Home Care, you can expect each day to be both rewarding and dynamic! Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and companionship. You'll be a vital support in helping maintain their dignity and independence.
Your schedule will include visits of up to 12 hours, giving you the chance to really get to know each client-whether during daytime or awake, overnight visits. This setup helps you build strong, meaningful relationships and truly address their needs. You'll also be able to problem-solve and tailor each visit to the individual, creating a sense of trust and reliability along the way.
