Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) for a full-time 1:1 middle school assignment supporting a 6th-grade student at Walsh Middle School .
Position Details:
- Location: Massachusetts
- School: Walsh Middle School
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: June 30, 2026
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Hours: 32.5 hours per week
- Daily Schedule: 7:55 AM – 2:25 PM
Caseload:
- 1:1 support
- 6th-grade student
- Student requires behavioral and academic support
- Must be comfortable working with students on the autism spectrum and behavioral needs
Candidate Requirements:
- ABA training REQUIRED
- Active Massachusetts license/certification REQUIRED
- School-based experience REQUIRED
- Experience with behavioral support and students on the spectrum REQUIRED
- Credentialed candidates strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation REQUIRED
- Must be able to work full school hours consistently
- Must complete CORI and fingerprinting requirements
- Prior assignment performance/activity may be reviewed
