Communications Intern

Description The Worcester Art Museum is excited to offer an internship under the direction of the Communications and Marketing team. The Museum's Communications and Marketing team is responsible for promotional strategy, content creation, public relations, website design, and graphic design. The Communications Intern will assist with a wide range of operations, gaining hands-on experience at a non-profit organization. Projects and responsibilities will include content calendar maintenance, content creation support, press and media relations support, project management for the Museum’s member magazine, past content organization, and meeting attendance. This position is open to students currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, art history, English, or a related field. Students must be enrolled in a program that allows the intern to gain educational credit for their participation.
