Seasonal Winter Equipment Operator
We are an established, family owned and operated company looking to continue our growth and currently seeking hard-working, dependable & experienced workers to join our team. Winter equipment operators and drivers are critical members of our team, ensuring our customers’ property are safe and presentable and ready and open for business. We are looking for full-time winter equipment operators in Boylston, MA who have experience in:
WINTER EQUIPMENT OPERATORS
LEI Corporation one of North America's Top 25 Snow Contractors is seeking experienced licensed equipment operators for the upcoming 2025-2026 winter season. We are looking for reliable and dependable individuals to operate equipment and plow trucks for this upcoming winter. Pay rate is based on experience, starting at $40 per hour. Looking for operators of the following:
- Front end loaders
- Mini loaders
- Skid loaders
- Backhoes
- Plow trucks (CDL and non-CDL)
Requirements:
- MA valid drivers license
- MA valid hoisting license (if applicable)
- At least 1 year commercial plowing experience
- Able to be available 24/7 throughout the winter season
