Salesforce Engineer

Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Engineer to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for leading change management and implementing configuration changes as needed within the Salesforce platform. The majority of your time in this position will be spent on custom Salesforce configurations, with some escalated Tier 3 Salesforce ticketing support for internal end users. This requires strong communication and the ability to interview end users on their customization requests and working to configure these changes.
