Wage and Benefits Package
- Hourly Rate: $40$55 (based on years of experience and licensing)
- Flex Schedule: Option for a 4-day work week

- Perform service and maintenance on complex hydronic systems , controls, and equipment (boilers, radiant heating, zone valves, geothermal systems, etc.)
- Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing fixtures: water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, valves, pipes, drains, and water filtration systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and system efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical manuals accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Lavallee Systems quality standards
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
- Valid Massachusetts Drivers License with a clean record
- Team-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills
