What we do impacts the future of technology, and in turn, the way we live our lives tomorrow.\ Position Overview\ The Associate Buyer is responsible for procurement activities on Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) parts. This role works to assure the timeliness of deliveries and accuracy of orders.\ Responsibilities\

• Generates purchase orders to ensure inventory levels for COTS parts.\
• Process purchase requests and maintains accurate order data.\
• Communicates, interfaces with, and builds professional relationships

with suppliers.\

• Performs Purchase Order (PO) schedule management to ensure on-time

delivery and expedites as necessary.\

• Assists with invoice discrepancies to ensure timely payment cycles.\
• Processes return material authorizations (RMAs)\
• Performs other duties as assigned.\

Experience and Qualifications\

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent\
• Minimum 1 year procurement experience required.\
• Basic understanding of supply chain management in a manufacturing

environment\

• Possess strong time management, organization, and decision-making

skills.\

• Detail oriented, flexible, able to adapt to rapidly changing

situations\

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal\
• Working knowledge of MS office applications\

Compensation\ Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Expected pay range is between \$65,000.00-\$75,000.00 per year.\ Working Conditions / Physical & Mental Demands\ The physical demands and working conditions described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
