KBW Financial Staffing has partnered with a long-standing, family-owned organization that’s looking for an Accounting & Operations Coordinator to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and make a meaningful impact across multiple areas of the business.


What You’ll Do

• Support daily accounting operations including invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership to assist with month-end and year-end financial activities.
• Partner with HR to help manage payroll and employee benefit updates.
• Maintain organized financial and operational records to support internal and external reporting.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for vendors and internal staff regarding payments, expenses, and documentation.
• Participate in special projects that strengthen accounting processes and team efficiency.
• Provide cross-functional support on administrative and operational initiatives.

• 3–7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or business operations.
• Familiarity with accounting and payroll systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Confident communicator with a friendly, team-oriented personality.
• Self-motivated and adaptable—comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small, dynamic team.
